Hi, my name is Ivan. I've traveled all over the US and to 40+ countries and have stayed in many homestays around the world. I'm passionate about travel and adventure. Do I need to be verified before making a reservation?
Please note that the primary guest must complete a guest profile after making a reservation. Your reservation cannot be finalized until the guest verification and screening process is complete. This involves submitting a form of identification, such as a driver's license or passport. Although this may add extra steps to the reservation process, it is crucial for preventing fraud.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand things happen, and you might need to cancel. You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking, as long as it's at least 14 days before check-in. You'll also receive a full refund if you cancel 30 days before check-in, and a 50% refund if you cancel 14 days before check-in. Please review the cancellation policy during the booking process.

We had an amazing stay in Steamboat! The location and view were absolutely fantastic. It was just a short 5-minute walk to the city center, making it incredibly convenient. Incredible views of the mountains and resort, with a quick 5 minutes walk to the gondola. The condo was cosy and clean perfect for a peaceful weekend in Steamboat. The local guidebook and restaurant recommendations were also very helpful!

There aren't enough positive things to say about Ivan's place! From booking to check in & check out, everything went smoothly. The house is just as described & is spotless! My family loved the pool & hot tub. We also made good use of the arcade game & board games. On the rainy day we stayed inside & never got bored. Our daughter even checked off the cabin rules list that's on the wall.😊 Ivan is a great host & keeps in touch & is very responsive! Cabin was just as pictured. Everything was clean and tidy. My kids absolutely loved the pool which was very convenient for us having two small children who were in and out of the pool. Cabin had everything we needed to make a cold wet Christmas celebration enjoyable!
