➤ The only place that is off-limits is the owner's closet in the master bedroom which is always locked.

Other things to note

➡️ Please remember that you're staying in a condo, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living there 24/7.

➡️ Please note that this is an older condo building. Appliances and furniture are modern but the kitchen and bathrooms have not been renovated. While this condo is not a luxury accommodation, it provides a cozy and comfortable space for a relaxing getaway with easy access to the base area where you can do a lot of popular activites.

➡️ Replenishments or additional items will need to be purchased by guests. Before arriving, please consider buying the additional items. There are also plenty of supermarkets and grocery stores around to purchase your supplies and grocery items. Please refer to the digital guidebook that will be provided to you after booking for a list of nearby stores.

➡️ In the winter months, pls be prepared for winter conditions. A 4WD/AWS vehicle and/or winter tires might be required. Guests assume all responsibility for getting to and accessing the property. Host assumes no liability and does not offer refunds for weather-related issues.

➡️ Please review the cancellation policy. We suggest getting travel insurance to protect your trip. It can cover unexpected cancellations or emergencies due to extreme weather conditions.

➡️ Each TV is equipped with a Smart TV where you can stream your popular shows. Please bring your own login and password for each streaming app you want to use.
